Royal Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home care for children across Queens and Nassau County. We're committed to providing flexible schedules, competitive pay, and the supportive environment clinicians deserve.
What You'll Do
- Conduct evaluations to assess motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver in-home therapy focused on developmental milestones and independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Document sessions, progress, and recommendations clearly and thoroughly
✅ Who You Are
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York State
- Pediatric experience required (home care, early intervention, school-based, etc.)
- Strong communication and family coaching skills
- Reliable transportation for community-based visits
- Able to work independently and flexibly
Pay & Benefits
- $105,000+ salary or $75 per visit (higher rates for complex cases)
